There are four stages of the flea life cycle. The adult flea constitutes only about 5% of the entire flea population. Flea eggs make up about 50%. This is in part why it is so difficult to win the war on fleas. Experts advise that if you see one flea, there may be more than a hundred more nearby. The best strategy is to wage war on all fronts. Treat your yard, your home and your pet at the same time.
